Amused. Freya chuckled again. “He’s assured when you’re under his nose. That’s why he wasn’t bothered with you.”
Upon hearing that, Isabella fell into deep thought.
Freya squinted her gaze and suggested, “If you really like my brother, why don’t you spend more time with Chris these days?”
Isabella seemed disdainful of the idea. “Isn’t Chris in Caltun right now? Besides, I hate his careless attitude. Why would I want to spend time with him?”
Indeed, Chris was in Caltun, which could be a problem.
Freya thought for a moment before promising, “Leave it to me. Chris will definitely return to Vroria in a few days.”

Freya twitched her lips. But thinking of her coming request, she softened her attitude and voice.
“Chris, I have something to discuss with you.”
The other end of the line fell silent for a few seconds, and Chris’s voice sounded a little flustered ‘Frey. you can just tell me if there’s anything. Please don’t speak like that. It’s scary.”
Sneering in her heart, Freya kept her voice friendly. “Do you have time?”
“What do you want to do? I see you as my little sister. You’re not trying to ask me out, are you? I’m a loyal and righteous man!” Chris sounded scared.
Freya took a deep breath. Thinking that it was impossible to explain over the phone, she simply asked, “Where are you now? I’ll come to find you.”
“Trinity Club. Room 801.”

Then, she hung up the phone.
After changing her clothes, Freya quietly left the mansion and drove to Trinity Club.
By the time she arrived, it was already 8 p.m. The first floor of the club was lively. Freya got into the VIP elevator and went straight to the eighth floor.

Freya thought of something and pushed open the door.
There were about eight people in the room. Chris was not among the singers on the outer circle.
Freya walked toward the inner circle. At the poker table, she saw Chris, Mikael, and two men whom she didn’t know.

Just like that, they continued playing poker. Freya didn’t want to reveal her purpose in front of Radley. She planned to find a chance to speak with Chris privately.
Upon playing a few rounds, she got more and more chips, yet Radley showed no intention of leaving Finally. Freya couldn’t help but call out to Chris. “Chris, can you come out for a moment? I have something to tell you in private.”
